This will be added to as Abby's relationships change within the city
Kate Todd →
journal // NCIS
"...You are never going to make it as a liar, Abby"
The only familiar face Abby has in El Dorado right now just so happens to be the last person she expected to find. Abby went to Kate's funeral four years ago, which makes it all the more confusing to see her walking around El Dorado, living just a few doors down the hall from her.
Cassie Hack →
journal // Hack/Slash
"I fucking blow at making friends or even being nice."
Abby hasn't had to deal with roommates since undergrad, but El Dorado apparently thought she should relive that lovely part of her life just one last time. Cassie and Abby got off on the wrong foot, but Abby, being ever optimistic, helped straighten the younger girl out. They have a shaky truce, but seem to understand one another very well. At the very least, their tastes seem to run similar enough that the room doesn't clash terribly.
The Doctor(9) →
journal // Doctor Who
"Hinky, yeah? Sounds more like a bit of jiggery-pokery to me. If we're all about using technical terms."
Abby doesn't know what to make of the Doctor. She ran into him when she first arrived, but he was distracted by his search for a 'big blue box' of some sort. Abby decided to let him keep at his search, rather than distract him with her own panic. Now that she's had time to calm down, a small part of Abby wants to seek him out again, if only to find out if he ever did find that box...
Willow Rosenberg →
journal // Buffy the Vampire Slayer
"I know it sounds weird, but where I come from there are Hellmouths, vampires, werewolfs, and other beasties."
Abby doesn't really know what to make of Willow. At first, she thought the girl was crazy - talking about astral projection and all kinds of other hinky things. Then Willow levitated or mind-pulled or- Well, whatever it was, it freaked her out. There's definitely something weird about this place, but Abby tries not to let that alter her opinion of the residents. Willow seems nice, if a little spacey.
Helen Magnus →
journal // Sanctuary
"There is probably no need. Though I prefer to have something to do with my hands."
Dr. Magnus is fascinating to Abby. The fact that she holds so many degrees in fields that most of the scientific community see as frivolity, yet still manages to come off so very logical and intelligent - it only makes Abby want to get to know her better. So far, all she knows is the Dr. Magnus is very worried for her patients. Abby has still yet to determine who or what said patients are.
