Mara's been hiding food in her bookcase, like she did when she lived in Glasgow. Which I understand completely, but I wish she wasn't still afraid of that. I think we've got it worked out, but I'll just make sure to look for it, just in case.

God, the poor thing. I just want to make everything better for her...

Oh my goodness, poor Mara. I had no idea. I'll keep an eye out, too. I imagine that bastard Samson's continued interference had something to do with this.

She didn't steal it, just in case you were worried about that. It was all part of her Easter sweets or any lollies people might have given to her. She was very adamant that I know she didn't steal it, so if you bring it up, let her know you know that?

I do hope Samson is not stupid enough to interfere again...

I think that's probably a very good idea. I wouldn't want that to become another issue, poor thing. She'll be afraid to take anything, and that will bring things right back to where they started from. Okay, not exactly, but close.
