The highs and the lows...
This trip to Germany has been packed with highs and lows. And a bit of bla..
Every time I get to hear my girl's voice on the phone, or spend an hour or so chatting online, that's a major high.
When I realise I've learned something in my classes and it actually makes sense. Such that I feel it will be useful to me and I will remember it (or where to look it up). That's a high too.
When I need assistance finding a fault put on the instrument I'm working on however, that's a low.
When I find out that I'm only going to be able to see my girl for probably 8 hours on the day I get back. That's a major low.
Traveling alone sux.
