Someone has been stealing the rims off other gangsters cars in Providence this spring and summer. Latino gangsters cars. We know, we've towed in a few of them. Is there a war brewing between the asians and the hispanics? Over cars?
I don't have all the details, but the cops spoke to someone, and Eddy got his caps back.
