Burned all my bridges, now i've run out of places and there's no one left for me to turn.
Been caught in compromising situations, i should have learned.
From all those times i dint walk away, when i knew that it was best to go.
Is it too late to show you the shape of my heart.
Yesterday during my break duty, this kid juggling his 1 Dirham [Dir-hum] coin slipped and found his coin rolling away in to the nearby drainage path. he could see the coin but could not retrieve it by any means, a kid even dropped his chewing gum in to the drain in the process of retieving it.
I simply asked all the kids to go away as the [0.15 * 1.5] meter cover seemed too heavy to lift.
The next moment, apparently to my surprise i turned around to find the cover toppled over, 8 kids had managed to get it off. *CRAP* I ran over quickly to try and gett it in to place, but seeing the chance i tried to get the coin for the kid. The cover was too heavy for me to lift, it took all the effort i had to pick it up and put it into place.
Darn kids, but they are full of surprises thats why it is fun to be around them, unlike one kid who forgot that he had break duty yesterday. *point point*
wicked_danu Groaning on my way back that i had to go for this Annual function at my former school just pricked the needle furthur into my spine.
To my surprise Zinda called me up at 3:00 pm to check whether i was coming or not as she was. Aah! finally some hope. we ended up talking forhalf an hour before i had to drop my sister off to her bus.
Bad note when my dad called to call in late for the function and asked me and my mom to carry on. Reached school in approximately 12 minutes.*pretty quick huh??* considering from Sharjah to Rashidiya. I found a proper place for my mom and impatiently waited for my Dad to reach quickly.
It was a nausiatic feeling to return back to this school, more better to sit in the audience. I havent ever sat in the crowds to watch any Annual Function, always been involved in some activity or backstage, dance, singing, and many many more crap.
Considering that i suffer from the worst case of stage fright, its hard to believe that ive been working on the stage for 9 straight years, and am glad that my sister is doing the same. *boasts*
Finally my dad returned and i left, to walk outside. On my way out i met my old school and new school mate Mishaal. She dint wanna go in so we ended up giving each other company outside the hall, spoke about many things and suddenly we were joined in by our very own jittery busmate Amna.
She was dissappearing after every 2 minutes to attend her parents in the hall. But Mishaal was a complete sweetheart. While we were talking i asked her out for the prom too, completely out of the blue, i know but it seemed right. best part she dint say no. *lol*
Whilst we were talking my dad was clicking some other girl's picture instead of my sister during the Rank Holders ceremony. My GOD, my mom had lost it both ways. She was angry that i wasnt there and also laughing at the fact that my Dad could not recognize his one daughter in the whole wide world. After that i had to sit and wait for my sisters play to start so that i wont diss up and click some othe girl's picture.
Zinda called me by then and i was off to meet her, she looked as enchanting as ever, but she was scared to be seen around with me. She was still studying in the school and i had left, so i dint have the tension to cope with any teachers in the school. We spoke for some time and then we parted.
During my sisters play i crawled my way to the front. Kneeling down, some of the kids were close to tripping over my long sexy legs. *tsk tsk* This Bengali women was also close to tripping. She ended up saying some stupid stuff in bengali. All i said was
"Aami Jani tunhi aykhon kii bolay, nijay dekhe cholte paaro naa??" "I know what you just said, cant you see and walk??"
She was quiet after that, not feeling too proud to speak in bengali, i felt good to demoralize some bengali woman.
My sisters play was rubbish, they mixed up volcano Gods along with 20th century kids, scientists in a forest backdrop.*thanks God, he left the school* The only reason i was watching it was for this girl who was acting as volcano St. Helen, She was utterly cute. She looked like an A Level student.
My sis was on the stage for 2 minutes tops. I clicked 7 pictures as soon as i could. When it was done i just ran back to get my sister and get the hell out of this place.
My sister at the end of her dance.
That cute girl i was talking about, she was mt.Helen
I found Zinda escorting her sister out. I walked with her. She just came close to me to say that she wanted to pull my cheeks, but could not in public.
I believe my words there were "....flklelsla...".
Was not all that bad, counting out all the positives.
I will be off studying another frikkin Thursday. God bless me.
Take care all
