Last year I did work on my resolutions and I am better then I was at goal setting and I even reached a few of my goals. One major goal was to lose 50 pounds over the year. I lost 45 pounds over the year. So I'm now down to 215.
This year I decided to have multipul goals for my resolutions.
here they are:
Fitness: I will do 30 minutes of cardio a day (walking up stairs at home, using the elliptical, and using the treadmill.) practice Pilates (even if it’s just one day a month), stretch, and go for walks and whatever else might help.
Weight-loss: I will lose five pounds a month by keeping my fitness goals, Healthy eating goals and stress reducing goals.
Debt and Savings: I will set aside 500$ a month for debt payment and savings
Organized: I will keep my cloths, room and finances organized
Environment: Every month I will change one thing to improve the environment
Work: I will work full time for the full year.
Eat right: I will not put poison or junk into my body
Reduce stress: I will dedicate 30 minutes before bed to relieving stress. I will exercise daily. I will pay off my debts and work on my savings. I will have a regular job and I will write daily.
Volunteer: I will volunteer for something this year
Write: I will write something everyday even if it’s just one word
Retirement: I will think about my retirement, talk with the pros at the bank about retirement and start saving and investing for retirement.
My image: I will always be on time, I will never miss an appointment and I will dress better even if I do need help. I will get rid of cloths that don’t fit
Other Goals: I will get my drivers license this year. I will get health coverage. I will get myself a doctor. I will see the dentist. I will brush my teeth at least once a day every day. I will get my eyes checked. I will take better care of myself. I will spend more time with friends. I will get my passport (just in case). I will get my ears re-pierce. I will use sun block. I will find a way to make extra money.
