Well, the thing is, I used whole wheat pastry flour, 'cause it was the only thing I had. So, it's a little dense and grainy. Other than that, it's delicious.
well, while kneading, you are supposed to have a pile of flour to dip your hands into to keep dough from sticking, not to mention the dough is on flour, not foil.
Well, we started out with flour everywhere. It was quickly consumed, though. We added more, it went away, too. We kept adding it until it finally was right. Also, the foil was due to lack of anything else to knead on, and there was flour on it originally.

perhaps you could be a little more liberal with the four as well. the dough should not stick to you at all.

If the bread you bake is half as good as the cookies then I'm sure it was delicious.
