Dear Adam,
On behalf of DR Systems, I am pleased to formally present our employment offer to you. I would like to offer you the position of Field Service Engineer, with a target starting date of November 15th. In this position you will report to the Eastern Regional Field Service Manager, and be an integral part of our service and support organization. This is a full-time position based in the Chicago, IL area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide routine service and preventative maintenance to our customers in the designated territory. Service will be conducted primarily on-site but will also include remote support as well. There will be occasional travel to customer sites outside your primary service area to assist with new installations and routine service in instances where the primary FSE is unavailable. Training will be conducted in San Diego as well as at various customer sites.
