Until recently-  I stood up for what I believed in. I stood up for myself. I always said what I was on my mind. I had to be convinced to give an apoligy. I hardly ever let anything bother me. I was proud. And content- for awhile I had direction and comfort, I even felt safe. I never backed down. I had control.

Somehow I knew it was him. I kind of saw it in your eyes when I picked you up yesterday. And I could see the hesitation on your face and I know you wanted to talk about it. But the words never came out. And I didnt want to force them out if you didn't want to talk about it. I just want you to know that I think you deserve the best guy out there. Hell, I would sacrifice any good guy that came along and introduce them to you. You're beautiful, and charming, and spontaneous, and loving, and youre the most passionate person I have ever met, and any boy that takes advantage of that, isn't the one. And I know you don't believe in fate, but as it would go in my head, one day the right one will show up right in front of you, in a place you never would've looked, or this one things will all work out, things will fall into place, it's never going to get any easier, without getting harder first. I love you. And will drive those 7 hours to kick some ass if I need to, or merely have girl talk driving around smoking and crying. I'm good at that too.
