The mirror cooler
I open the intern's cooler which contains cold press coffee, OJ, kefir, kombucha, leftover chinese food and beer. it occurs to me how much i'll miss it here. we burned a huge pile of garbage that had a decaying cow on top of it last wed. it's excellent to have giant fires; they are low-maintainance. you just start them up and let them go.
it was exceptionally dry out... so maybe it wasn't a great idea. but my final dare in the series was to put devon's hand in a cup of warm water while he slept. we didn't have warm water so i peed in a cup... and went to put his hand in the warm pee... and he'd been awake and listening the whole time, so as i slipped his finger into the pee, he grabbed the cup and threw it all over me. then, he got up and peed in the bushes.
my pee was diluted enough that it was mostly water.
