...Turkeys, huh?

They sure as hell don't look like turkeys to me. Then again, I think that was to be expected by now.

Still, when you have multiple large, indescribable turkey-sized things running around in front of you without discretion, it tends to be just a little unsettling, no matter how many times you look at it ( Read more... )

Well, you could just stay in your room until the turkeys go away, but that might not work out so well. Where are you now, anyways?

If you mean apartment-wise, I'm in room 404. It's where I've been remaining thus far, but I know I'll have to leave eventually, and that may or may not be before the turkey situation calms down.

Well, if it's really that much of a problem for you, I can bring you anything you need until the turkeys go away.

...It's not so big a problem that you need to go out of your way for that. As unnerving as the whole thing is to me, I'll deal with it.

Thank you, though, I suppose.

It wouldn't really be a problem... but, if you're sure.

Oh yeah! I've been looking at some books about, uh... how the brain works and stuff like that. If - well, if you think that what you're seeing isn't right, then there's probably one of two things that's wrong. Either something's physically abnormal about your brain... or you've convinced yourself that what you're seeing is real.

Well, uh... I'd think the first reason is probably your problem.

.........

Physically abnormal... yet the healer I visited found nothing wrong, apparently. What I see... I'm not seeing it because I want to, or because I'm willing it into existence. I don't accept that explanation. Even if no one in their right mind would believe the claims of the mad, logically.

I don't even know if I was born like this or made like this, though. So this... remembering process everyone keeps talking about had better happen soon.

Before I go off the deep end.

Well, I guess "physically abnormal" doesn't mean "something wrong," necessarily... otherwise, I'd have a lot of big problems to deal with, too.

But, if you really think that there's something wrong then you're almost definitely not willing this into existence or anything like that. I'd guess something happened that changed the way you sense things, since you're not used to this at all.
