What a pleasant family I met today!
I planned to have a fireworks party with my friend and her kids, so on the way home after firework shopping, there was a family doing a party of their own in the middle of the road. They made no move to get rid of the big-ass sparkler as soon as it was done. I refused to drive over (the street was too narrow to pass) in risk of my car getting damaged (never know with fireworks). I asked for the sparkler to be removed. After a flash of angry gestures and my stubbornness still standing, a lady stomped over and kicked the sparkler out of the way.
And as I passed, she threw water at my car's back.
