I'm disappointed, man. All the googling I spent an hour or so on, and I CAN'T find a reasonable program to help convert my little Mass Effect movies into animted gifs, to load them easily here. I use FRAPS for capturing screenshots and it's working so greatly. But you know, I'd like to make goofy gifs sometimes. :(

I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN MYSELF.
