Про Hamilton ничего не знаю и был бы потому признателен за любые к тому ссылки. С Бейкером все ясно вот уже скоро 20 лет как тому:

Иными словами, Бейкер уже ни один год и официально вполне при чем отстаивает арабские интересы в Америке. Это его по сути основной бизнес после того как ушел в отставку с госслужбы

Mr. Hamilton is a bit more latent Israel-hater, than Mr. Baker. As a former Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman, Lee Hamilton (D-IN) voted Israel's way but allowed testimony embarrassing to Israel to creep into the record of committee hearings. He has always been very careful not to stir mud, but people from his inner circle has warned Israelis about his true feelings.
