So I ran into Gcinisizwe in the bathroom this morning and he said he was going to be out for another week to help out with soccer camp. So I was like, yayayay, no shelving! But then halfway through today Jim said he's going to put me back on shelving from 2-5 every day :( And today they had me doing actual work. Except that this work consisted of cutting out lots of little pieces of paper to be used as raffle tickets, and then looking up book titles to see if Vassar had the exact edition of the title they wanted, and how many NYConnect libraries had it. It took time away from my somewhat cheating my way through the NYTimes crossword puzzle today. But I figured I could look up the answers that my grandfather might have gotten. It was pretty easy but I can't finish it because right now I have a word starting with VS and I can't figure out if I've done anything wrong. What word starts with vs? none.
After work I went to the house Jackie is house sitting again and we had hotdogs for dinner and watched tv. I miss that a lot this summer. Having a real house with a tv to watch whenever I want. I suppose I could just start using the common rooms more but they are far away. Rehearsal was boring tonight. I didn't go to the gym so I'm tempted to go tomorrow morning and tomorrow after work. That may be overkill though. This summer is kind of dumb.
