Hey! Tadaima!!! I just returned from Japan last night and already I miss it!!! x_x I so wish that I didn't have to come back. Here's a "short" summary of what I did there.
Day 1...
The flight to Osaka was overnight so I arrived early in the morning. Took the JR to get to our hotel in Umeda. Check-in time was 1:00pm so we had to hang around the shops at the station and at Daimaru Dept Store. Mum was going like "Food-tasting!!" Lol. Sure brings back loads of memories being at the Daimaru supermarket again. Didn't think I would be back so soon again. After we checked-in, we took a shower and unpacked and we took the JR to Shimbashi St. We went to Amerika Mura. Loads of cool stuff there and loads of cute shops around. Picked up Junon and Popteen there. Went to the Disney Store there. Walked around until we reached Namba, which kinda surprised me cos I had no idea it was that close. Lol. At Namba there were loads of shops selling clothes at rather cheap prices, and loads of takoyaki and okonomiyaki stalls. Bought a first press BRAND NEW ERA from Tsutaya. Saw the famous Giant Crab restaurant; Kanidoraku, and also Tsuboraya. Ate at Kuiadore though. Saw Nino in Minami-kun no Koibito. SOOOO cute!!
Day 2...
Spent the entire day at Universal Studios Japan. Been there last year but we kinda repeated the whole thing again. The food there is really nice!! Gelato, churritos, etc etc... Oh the best ride there is the Spiderman ride! It's real nice!! It's the newest attraction too and easily had the longest line! After USJ, we went back to Namba again! To eat the famous ramen at Kinryu. My mum's idea... she's obsessed with ramen!! She ate it like everyday!! Oh yea, bought a jar of Bourbon Mixed Gum.
Day 3...
Got up early in the morning to take the Shinkansen to Tokyo. Bought some bento to eat on the train. The Shinkansen is REALLY fast. Even though this is my second time riding it it still amazes me! They have ppl selling food and vending machines on it too! The train ride took about 2 and a half hours. When we arrived in Tokyo we had to drag our luggage all the way uphill cos the hotel was on top a hill! I was totally relieved though when I received the concert tickets from the hotel staff. And the hotel room was HUGE!!! I've never seen such a huge room in Japan before! It's even got it's own fax machine! And the view was AWESOME! We could see Tokyo Tower from our room. We rushed to Asakusa after that. It was already rather late when we got to Asakusa so a lot of the shops were closing. I did manage to get the Asakusa okoshi, ningyoyaki and sembei in a flurry though! xD
Day 4...
Day of the concert!!! Got up REALLY early. Made our way to Odaiba. Odaiba is really REALLY fun!! Went to the Fuji Terebi building. They were having road shows there. Even went to the HEY!HEY!HEY! stall. Got to try Meron-pan (Melon bun). Yummy. Saw Rainbow Bridge too... as a matter of fact I crossed it. I was in Palette Town but didn't go on the giant ferris wheel though. Went to AquaCity and saw the caricature stalls Lead went to. Also went into the shop they did. There was an Anime Jump roadshow there and we went crazy when we saw all the Prince of Tennis goods in there! We boughta mousepad, an umbrella, bookmarks and an Eiji uchiwa. Went to Joypolis, just to have a look around. Went to J-pop cafe too! Yeah!!! But it was really hard to get in because there was this group called "Clap!" or something like that having an event there. I did manage to get a photo of 2 of the members though. One of them is really KAKKOI!! (oh, they are part of this group called Jamming Flow
Before the concert...
After that we rushed to get to Nippon Budokan. Was real excited by then. Went to Exit 2 of Kudanshita St. to look for yuki but missed her... unfortunately ;_; When we couldn't find her, we headed straight for the queue to buy the goods.. and DAMN it was a long line! Luckily it was shaded so it was rather cool. We were given flyers of the goods. There was this girl who had the red adidas as in Love is Message. I wanted to ask her where she got it but didn't have the guts to. Lol. Saw fans in all sorts of get-up. I swear I'll wear something more radical next year. There were these 2 fans who were dancing Try Your Emotion too, they were pretty good in my opinion.

Didn't buy much this year cos my mum was breathing down my neck. Lol. No glow-sticks for me! ;_; There was a Bourbon Gum stand on display. It had all the types of Bourbon there! Saw the latest Bourbon CM by w-inds.!!! Kakkoi!!!! At the main entrance of the hall were loads and loads of flower arrangements from many many people, like from PopJam, Hey!Hey!Hey!, NHK, Sukima Suitchi, Kawamura Ryuichi etc... <3 After that we had to line up to get in the hall... which was once again a really long line! There were boxes at the top of the stairs labelled "w-inds.", "Keita", "Ryohei" and "Ryuichi" these boxes are for presents from the fans. The volunteers had to check our bags for cameras too. We finally got in and found our seats and on our seats were w-inds. plastic bags with flyers in them! After that we waited a whole hour before the concert finally started.
The concert...
(WARNING: This will be a spoiler to those of you who want to get the DVD of the concert. If you are getting the DVD I suggest that you don't read this so that watching the DVD will be more worthwhile =P)

The hall turned dark and the fans started screaming. The screen shows a storm brewing then lightning, some words then flames. w-inds. emerge out of the ground wearing hoods. They start dancing to some music.
01*INFINTY
w-inds. rip off their hoods and INFINITY starts.

After INFINITY, w-inds. go into a dance sequence... which is very VERY KAKKOII by the way.
03*GAME
Then GAME starts... I tried to take some clips but was scolded by one of the volunteers there >_<;;; So I stopped taking clips after that.
04*Night Flight～夜間飛行～
Finally a Night Flight live!!! I was right about Ryuichi singing the bridge bit!!! Really really kakkoii performance.

MC① w-inds. says hi to the fans, introduces themselves and asks the fans to get high. They said: Let's not lose to Utada Hikaru who also just had her live here in Nippon Budokan. Talks about the tour and bestracks.

Remixed version. The opening is really really cool. Dance is the same as 1st message tour.

Starts from chorus. Dance is also the same as the 1st message tour.
08*Paradox
Okay, Paradox has always been one of my favourites. Starts from the beginning and the dance is same as the PV except the last part they stand on red chairs and make them topple... really really HOT!!!! <3 The fans hoot their names in between lines. Very nice effect.
09*whose is that girl?
The rap for this song is really nice especially the Ryohei bit! KAKKOI!!!
10*Dance②
First Ryuichi then Ryohei then Keita. Ryohei wore a black hat while doing his dance. VERY hot.
11*Ryuichi Solo (ENERGY)
Ryuichi sings a really upbeat, loud rock song. He plays the electric guitar and DAMN he can really play some mean distortions!!! *dies from Ryuichi's kakkoii-ness* He did a really good solo.
12*Ryohei Solo (Keep Your Stand)
A rather slow song, with rap for the most of it but singing for the chorus. This is only the second time I've ever heard him sing. The dance for this song was really SEXY. That is the most noticable thing about Ryohei's solo. Had all the girls swooning.
13*so what?
First part of the song was sung behind the stage before they all emerge from different directions. Very nicely done. Dance is the same as last year's Christmas Special in Yokohama.
14*キレイだ
And finally I get to see the latest single live!!! Basically the same as all the other live performances on tv, except they cut short the bit with only instrumentals.
MC② They talk about the solos and Ryohei comments on how noisy Ryuichi's solo was. Ryohei apologizes if his solo wasn't that good. Ryuichi says that they can't let Keita hog all the singing. They talk about the Olympics too. Lol.
15*Pieces
Pieces is also like the other live performances. Very kakkoii nevertheless. I think they extended the end a little.
16*Love train
Love train is also like in the Christmas Special in Yokohama.
17*Ex-Girlfriend
The most noticable bit about this performance is the rap. Sadly, something seemed to be slightly off with Ryohei's voice. It was still nice anyway.
MC③ Talk some more about the songs. Ryohei talks about the dances he choreographed for some of the songs. Keita asked all the fans to sit down cos he said that we must be tired by now.
They sing the 2 slow songs with really really serious expressions. I was on the verge of tears just watching.

Keita's voice hits the really REALLY high note here.
19*Dedicated to you
Really moving, no one made a single sound... except when Ryuichi broke the mood by his playful expression towards the end.
Another medley of the rest of their singles. By now I was dancing along to all the dances I knew unshamefully. xD

Sings from the start and stops after the first chorus I think. Can't remember X_x
21*SUPER LOVER～I need you tonight～
Yeah!!! SUPER LOVER!!! Starts from chorus. 2 choruses, including the bridge. And at the end, the shiny confetti came out with a "BANG!". This year it is blue and silver. LOL.
22*AnotherDays
Also starts from the chorus. Actually only the chorus. Lol.
23*Because of you
Only the chorus.
24*NEW PARADISE
Only the chorus twice.
25*Love is message
Only the chorus. Everyone was doing the hand movement for the chorus.
26*try your emotion
Very nice. Short dance sequence before the chorus itself.
27*Long Road (Rap)
Reverts to the rap portion of Long Road, all the way to the end of the song. They extended the end of the song a little so the dance is a little longer.
28*Top of the world
w-inds. gets everyone waving in unison from side to side. At the end, Keita invites Ryuichi to show off his acrobatic skills and Ryuichi flips towards the portruding part of the stage.
Encore
29*move your body
w-inds.jumps out singing in full spirit! Yeah! Ryohei was really into it! Too bad Keita didn't jump into the crowd. Lol.
30*Find Myself
The dance was like last year's concert. Very hot (literally! xD)!!! There were flames bursting out from the stage
w-inds. introduces the dancers and musicians, each given a chance to show off their skills. Ryuichi teases the fans saying that we were all tired already whereas they were not. Ryuichi asks the fans to scream 3 times and finally gives a shocked expression "SUGE~NA!" After that w-inds. asks the fans to all hold hands as they do that with the dancers as well. We were all asked to bow with them and w-inds. were screaming without mics when to bow.
31*Close To You
w-inds. debates on the last song as the fans were screaming for an encore. Finally they sing Close to You, with only the keyboard and bass for accompaniment. Elsewhere the last song seems to have been ふたりがふたりで(Arranged version). No fair!!!!
After the last song only w-inds. is left on the stage. Deny plays softly in the background. w-inds. asks the fans to jump one after another so that it looks like a wave effect!!! This has to be my favourite part of the concert!!! It was cool watching the wave run from one side to another. We had to do it twice in both directions. Finally, w-inds. run to different sides of the stage to thank the fans again and when they finished Ryuichi asks the fans to watch their steps cos it was dark. Then, they disappear behind the stage, leaving their still excited fans streaming out like ants from the hall.

After the concert...
Fans stream out of the hall. The goods stalls are still around and there is a stall selling all w-inds. cds, dvds and even piano scores. I got works vol.3 and they gave me a free ~bestracks~ poster. The scalpers were selling tickets for the next day's live. All the way to the JR station, the road was lined with stalls selling unofficial goods. The whole station was crammed with w-inds. fans.
I really really had a lot of fun and the whole experience left me light-headed, surprised though that I didn't lose my voice. I am somewhat disappointed though that they didn't sing Deny, and that there wasn't too many showy parts like last year's where they had them going in and out of the screen during Paradox. The opening isn't as big either. Nevertheless I was really glad I was able to watch it. I actually found scalpers selling arena tickets at really really cheap prices... lower than the original price of the tickets!! Ah well... I know what to do next year. I definitely want to go again next year, and this time I'm getting Arena seats!
Day 5...
My mum insisted that we absolutely had to go to DisneySea again... And so we did... Had to get up at like 7:00am to get there early... Spent like 1 hour just getting there! My mum was as excited as a kid.... We spent the whole day there and took just about every ride there was to take... including the ones we have taken before... the day turned out so-so... personally I found it slightly boring... I wanted to stay for the BravisSEAmo show at 8:00pm but we reckoned it was a little late... So we took the train back to Shinagawa and shopped in the area and bought tons of food and feasted in the hotel room, watching the Olympics..lol
Day 6...
Shopping day!!! Got up early so that we could have more time to shop! Headed for Roppongi first... but it was raining so it was a little hard to get around... but Roppongi Hills is really really beautiful! Not very good for shopping though cos it's rather expensive... the Hello Kitty Expo was being held there though. Got to see some sort of festival going on at the Roppongi Hills Arena... some traditional dances maybe?? But it was a nice experience. Got to go into the Doraemon shop too! We ate at the Tofu shop there... everything was tofu!!! Went to Shibuya after that. Went to Tsutaya, HMV and Tower Records. At Tower Records they were having some kinda wFL promotion thingy so if u got a CD you would get a sheet of stickers, which is what I did... lol... ALSO, they had this autograph book with w-inds.' autograph in front and u could write whatever you wanted to w-inds.! They would be given the autograph book when it's filled... So I did! Lol... I got Night Deluxe at Tower Records. After that we headed for Harajuku... it was rather late so didn't get to do much... though I did get to go to a few Idol stores! Lol... and also LaForet... bought Deep Love from HMV... didn't buy much but had my last meal in Japan there... headed back to Shinagawa to get some last minute stuff... then back to the hotel for packing.
Day 7...
Was all travelling... got up at 5:00am and headed for Narita airport. Last minute shopping at the airport. Lol... got a really really thick mag which was really cheap too! Flight to KL took around 6 hours and back to Kuching took another 2 hours... Got home dead beat, but still watched all the stuff I bought anyways! xD
That's about my holidays... the pics will come after I finish uploading them... but this will be my last entry for a while cos I really need to study... C ya all!

27*Long Road (Rap)
Reverts to the rap portion of Long Road, all the way to the end of the song. They extended the end of the song a little so the dance is a little longer.
28*Top of the world
w-inds. gets everyone waving in unison from side to side. At the end, Keita invites Ryuichi to show off his acrobatic skills and Ryuichi flips towards the portruding part of the stage.

w-inds.jumps out singing in full spirit! Yeah! Ryohei was really into it! Too bad Keita didn't jump into the crowd. Lol.
30*Find Myself
The dance was like last year's concert. Very hot (literally! xD)!!! There were flames bursting out from the stage
w-inds. introduces the dancers and musicians, each given a chance to show off their skills. Ryuichi teases the fans saying that we were all tired already whereas they were not. Ryuichi asks the fans to scream 3 times and finally gives a shocked expression "SUGE~NA!" After that w-inds. asks the fans to all hold hands as they do that with the dancers as well. We were all asked to bow with them and w-inds. were screaming without mics when to bow.
31*Close To You
w-inds. debates on the last song as the fans were screaming for an encore. Finally they sing Close to You, with only the keyboard and bass for accompaniment. Elsewhere the last song seems to have been ふたりがふたりで(Arranged version). No fair!!!!
After the last song only w-inds. is left on the stage. Deny plays softly in the background. w-inds. asks the fans to jump one after another so that it looks like a wave effect!!! This has to be my favourite part of the concert!!! It was cool watching the wave run from one side to another. We had to do it twice in both directions. Finally, w-inds. run to different sides of the stage to thank the fans again and when they finished Ryuichi asks the fans to watch their steps cos it was dark. Then, they disappear behind the stage, leaving their still excited fans streaming out like ants from the hall.

After the concert...
Fans stream out of the hall. The goods stalls are still around and there is a stall selling all w-inds. cds, dvds and even piano scores. I got works vol.3 and they gave me a free ~bestracks~ poster. The scalpers were selling tickets for the next day's live. All the way to the JR station, the road was lined with stalls selling unofficial goods. The whole station was crammed with w-inds. fans.
I really really had a lot of fun and the whole experience left me light-headed, surprised though that I didn't lose my voice. I am somewhat disappointed though that they didn't sing Deny, and that there wasn't too many showy parts like last year's where they had them going in and out of the screen during Paradox. The opening isn't as big either. Nevertheless I was really glad I was able to watch it. I actually found scalpers selling arena tickets at really really cheap prices... lower than the original price of the tickets!! Ah well... I know what to do next year. I definitely want to go again next year, and this time I'm getting Arena seats!
Day 5...
My mum insisted that we absolutely had to go to DisneySea again... And so we did... Had to get up at like 7:00am to get there early... Spent like 1 hour just getting there! My mum was as excited as a kid.... We spent the whole day there and took just about every ride there was to take... including the ones we have taken before... the day turned out so-so... personally I found it slightly boring... I wanted to stay for the BravisSEAmo show at 8:00pm but we reckoned it was a little late... So we took the train back to Shinagawa and shopped in the area and bought tons of food and feasted in the hotel room, watching the Olympics..lol
Day 6...
Shopping day!!! Got up early so that we could have more time to shop! Headed for Roppongi first... but it was raining so it was a little hard to get around... but Roppongi Hills is really really beautiful! Not very good for shopping though cos it's rather expensive... the Hello Kitty Expo was being held there though. Got to see some sort of festival going on at the Roppongi Hills Arena... some traditional dances maybe?? But it was a nice experience. Got to go into the Doraemon shop too! We ate at the Tofu shop there... everything was tofu!!! Went to Shibuya after that. Went to Tsutaya, HMV and Tower Records. At Tower Records they were having some kinda wFL promotion thingy so if u got a CD you would get a sheet of stickers, which is what I did... lol... ALSO, they had this autograph book with w-inds.' autograph in front and u could write whatever you wanted to w-inds.! They would be given the autograph book when it's filled... So I did! Lol... I got Night Deluxe at Tower Records. After that we headed for Harajuku... it was rather late so didn't get to do much... though I did get to go to a few Idol stores! Lol... and also LaForet... bought Deep Love from HMV... didn't buy much but had my last meal in Japan there... headed back to Shinagawa to get some last minute stuff... then back to the hotel for packing.
Day 7...
Was all travelling... got up at 5:00am and headed for Narita airport. Last minute shopping at the airport. Lol... got a really really thick mag which was really cheap too! Flight to KL took around 6 hours and back to Kuching took another 2 hours... Got home dead beat, but still watched all the stuff I bought anyways! xD
That's about my holidays... the pics will come after I finish uploading them... but this will be my last entry for a while cos I really need to study... C ya all!
