The slaying was...fun, and a much needed stress reliever for both present parties. Too bad the group of vamps wasn't either A) more of a challenge or B) larger in number. We kind of disposed of them as if it was a gang of...itty bitty vampires. Not exactly sure if that means they were poor specimens, or we just...kicked ass. In the literal and figurative sense.

They were kind of pathetic as far as vampy gangs go. I should know.

I liked not having the feeling of walking on eggshells. I felt like I had to do so back at the hotel...and while with Connor. Thinking before speaking is not really one of my strong points, but since I got here I've had to choose my words carefully.

For some reason I didnt feel like I needed to hide as much around Dawn. Like maybe, even if she knew everything; what I've done, why I did it, and what I still plan on doing...she'd understand.

With my hands in my pockets, I walked on beside a my fellow slayer, my aunt...staring at the ground as I went on

I couldn't help but worry about what kind of trouble Connor might be getting himself into. Survive a minor training session and slay two vampires, its enough to make anyone feel like Superman. Add to that the fact that I haven't exactly been straight forward with him and, well, worrying is a given.

"Still up for more? We could sweep the South-side or head back. Completely up to you."

I had no intention of staying at the hotel, not tonight, but I would go back to see that she got there safely.

Places to go...a demon to see...

[[Open to Dawn...and possibly Leon unless he has something better to do]]
