Orlando Ministry Dream
Last night I dreamed that I was working with a youth group in Orlando. I was disappointed when I found out that was the city we were in. I had the thought to go somewhere else and team up with another youth group to kind of have a sister church, combining forces and broadening horizons. I was discouraged when an older member of the ministry said that he didn't know of any other church in the area with people who had the Holy Spirit, to which I said that there were plenty, just not any other churches of our denomination. I was pretty heated after that.
Also, I was working on a project with a crew of people including a certain ex and his girlfriend (who happened to be thinner in my dream than real life, but also less attractive in her face than in real life) and overheard her asking another woman if he normally lost his temper in a setting like this (he must have just had a brief episode). The woman said no and the girlfriend said, "Ok good. I didn't think so because we always work our issues out and never fight." I remember thinking what a different person she was talking about than the man I had known, with whom there was very little communication as far as I had experienced.
I think I may continue keeping a dream log here....
