GOD DAMN IT LIVEJOURNAL

Oh I am extradinarily pissed off at LJ today. A little way ago, I recieved one of those holiday coupons from mousey_sama which was great, I could finally use it toward getting back the paid account I so direly desired. So, click on the link and go through the process to upgrade my account. I enter my info and then press finish, LJ says I entered invaild information, so I double check to make sure everything's on the up and up and then I enter it again, and it still's acting weird as well.

So I try it two more times, and then finally I go to the bank website to check the balance of the card (I had checked it before and had more then enough to cover the $9.95 cost) I check my account and it shows that I'm OVER MY CREDIT LIMIT BY FIVE DOLLARS. I go WTF and make a rush call to my bank. It turns out that livejournal fucking billed my account FOUR TIMES (the fourth was declined, because there was NO MORE MONEY)and the woman says that lj will have to credit the money back to my account because they can't reverse them theirselves. So I'm frantically freaking out, and I post a help request on their support fourm under billing issues.

"Hello, on December 21 2009 I attempted to purchase a yearly paid account for 9.95 (A fellow member had sent me a $10.00 off online coupon) however when I went through the page to bill my card, despite entering correct information, the site repeatedly said that I had entered invalid credit card information. I then went to my bank's website to check the balance on my card. When it showed that I was over the credit limit by five dollars, I immediately called the my credit company only to be informed that the transaction for livejournal went through FOUR times on my account, and the fourth was declined. During the purchasing process on Livejournal never ONCE was I given a confirmation page that the card had went through, only bold Red text at the bottom saying I had entered invaild credit information. I need these three other transactions to be reversed immediately as I only need and want to pay ONCE.
Please credit the difference to my card as soon as possible.

Additionally, my lj account has also not been upgraded to a paid account either despite the numerous transactions billed to my account.

So far I haven't gotten a reply on the fourm yet, and I keep checking my bank account to see if someone at lj notices that it's been charged four times, and just credit it back automatically, since they know it's wrong. The credit representative said that if they don't credit it back, I'll have to be mailed a dispute form. ARUGH.
