Vacation Journal: Day 6
So today we took a 7 hour boat trip on Lake Powell. It was absolutely gorgeous! It wasa long boat ridee but well worth it. The boat went through Glen Canyon and it was just amazing. It took about 3 hours and 20 minutes to get to the destination at Rain bow Bridge. Actually we got to the dock and had to hike a mile ro so to get to the bridge. It was nithign compared to the hike into the Grand Canyon though. It was a nice little walk and teh view was once again amazing. I totally got burned on the way back thoguh- it was so nice outside I fell asleep and didnt even notice I was burning. It will fade into a tan later though.
I talked to Sean agsin tonight which was nice. I miss him a ton and it sounds like he misses me a lot, too. I'll be home a week from today... and will seee him. Then it is back to Besaver Island again... I don't know how I feel about that.... I am going to miss Sean a lot. He says he is coming up fo 5 days in the middle of July. That will be sweet. But anyway, its late and time for bed.
