drama, drama, dumb
All of this ridiculous Black Tie Affair drama is so annoying...I'm not even a band member and I feel like I'm caught up in it.
Plus Chris just left for Costa Rica, so I can't really ask him what he thinks of the situation.
On the bright side, I'm going to camp out with Kira tomorrow night at her house (technically, in her backyard) and we might go kayaking on one of the lakes in the middle of the night. That has got to be the peak potential of communing with nature.
Also, at the college fair wednesday night I was talking to an admissions guy from this college that sounded really interesting and positive..Queens College of Charlotte, North Carolina. They have a very big environmental biology program, and they are currently constructing a new science center that is very much green (environmentally friendly.)
The Sierra Club meeting last night was also very interesting; I feel way more informed about oil and other fossil fuels as an industry now. The concept of an Oil Peak is really rather intimidating.
