Writer's Block: Mentor Me
Hi this is a very good question
According to me everyone should have a mentor.Mentor is the person who helps you to do the right thing in right direction and whenever we require the person would give us positive solution of that problem.He or she motivates us in order to complete our tasks and goals,tell us how face ups and downs of life.
I am working in an international BPO,here there are lots of competition around the globe not only in our own company.
Those days I was so upset about my performance and career,no one would help me in that situation because I had to face those challenges alone,then a man came and asked what happened ?
I don't know why I had answered him however whatever I did that was right.I told him about my pain.
After listening to me he smiled and made me count my all positive qualities,I thought about that and I decided not to loose my confidence in any circumstances.
Now, whatever I am doing and wherever I am because of my mentor.
On unfortunate day I lost contact with him and I came to know that the gentleman is out of India.However I would always thankful to him.Because of him I am able face any kind of challenge and keep rocking .
Today I got my own mentees ,they usually come at my place on my weekends and I am providing all kind of guidance to them to grow in this struggling world and also learning something new from them as well.
