The Quill culture was so odd!! I mean, all fandom culture and hierarchy is pretty convoluted, but idk the Quill was like all that plus an extra dose of elitism? sldkj so odd, but ahh I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Godddd Slytherin losing the House Cup has driven me insane since it was brought to my attention. It's not so much that Harry didn't deserve dslfj house points for defeating evil, it's more that it really set into motion how isolated Slytherin would be for the rest of the series, that they weren't privy to that information and that they would always see Dumbledore as playing favorites, someone who couldn't be counted on or trusted. The house cup is pretty silly, but what it symbolized really bothers me.

sldfkj I have been thinking lately that Narcissa may be everything I admire in a person. Avoiding firm loyalties, looking out for her own at any cost, and looking hot while doing it. WHAT A BADASS.
