Right. You know what? I don't appreciate receiving a text at 11 pm telling me that I need to prepare a written report about Diagnostic Tests by tomorrow morning or I'll be kicked out of the group when I have a freaking Leadership Training to organize and worry about, a finicky economics book report to finish and an exam in Philippine Literature.
You know what else I don't appreciate? The said text indicating that our topic is about Diagnostic Tests when I clearly remember, and I shall remain staunch about this because I wrote it down, that our topic is about Achievement Tests. Both different things in the world of Psychometric Testing.
Diagnostic Tests are tests given at the beginning of the year to measure an individual's knowledge and Achievement Tests are tests given at the end of the year to measure what the individual has learned in the past year. IT'S NOT THAT HARD. *headdesk* I am not wasting time and effort to research and write reports about both topics. I hate it when leaders suck.
Ugh.
