I think it's safe to say there definitely is a good possibility that something new amongst us.

[It might be another gut feeling, but she can't help but sense something strange in the air]

These fleeting ghosts or shadows do not sound like the unseen presence I've sensed before, not do they seem alike to the consuming snow, or plant traps. I have to agree there is something new.

Whether this one will cause pain or annoyance, I'm not certain.

Either way I'm not too fond of the feeling, there's something...of a disturbance about them. Much more then the snow creatures.

I'm going with annoyance.

Annoyance might be preferable to pain. Of course, I'd like to avoid either.

An annoyance can be dealt with. [Sometimes...] Pain, not so much, especially with people who can't heal themselves.

Some things more than others. A presence, some use of magic, a feeling, an intention.

Yes, that is my concern. There is only so much pain medicine, and it treats the body, not truly the mind. And for bodily wounds, only so many healers.

Though, there has been a suggestion more may be trained.
