[So Percy's been putting off making this message, largely because he doesn't just want to publicly announce to all you mortals who and what he is, but it's been three/four days at this point and he needs to get home. Now. They're officially running out of time on the Great Prophecy, and it's going to kill him knowing he's stuck here while Kronos's army steam rollers everyone back home.
And while yes, that psychic headache inducing feeling didn't exactly scream god or titan the way other magic has in the past, he's still not convinced he hasn't been kidnapped by someone to thwart the whole prophecy thing.
