The phones work, though most of the tech is stuck.

What is running stays running, whatever you try, while what is not running remains in that mode. Isaac mentioned an idea that a 'time nexus' might be the cause. [She's uncertain in relaying the last part. She roughly understands the concept, but not whether it's the actual cause, or how it would work.]

The console would break apart, yes. But, within a day it would be restored. If you take wood, even to burn it, it comes back.
