Rating / Warnings: Gwen is going to get eaten by a snowman at some point, but that is about it.
The sweater that she had woken up in was unflattering and rather itchy, but Gwen was nothing if not practical. At least it was another layer against the cold.
Since arriving in the city, Guinevere had spent her time making the rooms that she and Morgana were sheltering in a little more like comfortable. She knew that she would never be able to make it feel like home - wherever they were, they were a long way from Camelot - but some bunches of flowers picked from the park and some sheets of material hung up like drapes made enough of a difference for her to feel that her time had not been wasted.
Soon after discovering that she couldn’t remove her new clothing, Gwen peered through one of the drapes to look out at the city, catching sight of the decorations that glimmered in the darkness. Lights that worked by the form of magic known as electricity, twinkling with colours that candles could never achieve. Silver baubles. Strings of golden beads. They would certainly brighten up Morgana’s new bedchamber.
Pulling on another layer over her jumper, Gwen made her way out into the city. She didn’t spot the snowman at the end of the street.
