the best week ever (last week)
you know that show on mtv called "the best week ever"? yeah, they needed to do one of those shows about my fabulous week. oh, the excitement!
-last sunday was allison's mom's birthday, so her family and my family went to bubba gump's in long beach. their coconut shrimp is absolutely orgasmic.
-last monday was my four month anniversary with justin. (happy 4 months, baby!)
-monday was also the day i accepted my photography scholarship from the ebell club. there was this big luncheon thing and i had to go in front of everyone and tell the audience a little about myself and my background in photography. the club gave out scholarships for each category of fine arts, and everyone else who one was all like "i've been taking private lessons and i've been involved in art for years and years" and i was the only one who said "well, i really have never had any training at all. and only recently have i been taking artistic photos and such." gosh, i seemed so... unexperienced. but hey, i got money out of it, albeit the amount i'm recieving is still a mystery. no one has ever really mentioned how much money this scholarship is worth. i'm guessing maybe $500.
-tuesday i got a strange package from the ups man. i opened it up and inside was a brand new nikon coolpix 4300 digital camera!!!! i was SOOO stoked. an early graduation present from my parents! they can be way awesome sometimes. and this new camera sure beats the hell out of my old one. it has 4 mega pixels and mac daddy zoom. i mean, just look at this awesome picture quality:
-wednesday i went shopping!! i pretty much raided american eagle outfitters.
-thursday was my ap lit test. i think i did pretty well. i just think i fucked up pretty badly on the essays. but whatever, i'm just happy to have that test over with.
-after my test was over with (on thursday), justin and i skipped fifth period and went to the beach. the weather was perfect... not too hot but not cold either. the water was a little chilly though, but i had justin to warm me up :)
-friday after work, justin and i rented death to smoochy. fricken hilarious. anything with ed norton in it is always great.
-saturday was PROM!!! i got my hair and makeup done, and they both turned out perfectly. prom was like the most fun ever. i haven't developed my disposable camera yet, but here are some pictures of me and my drop dead sexy boyfriend before we left for prom:

a better look at my dress. i really like my dress... it's my favorite color and all. and yes, i am aware of my tan lines, but i am anti- fake tanning so i got stuck with them. oh well.

i'll explain more about prom once i get the rest of my pictures developed. but i must say that it was hella fun.
