Can I be perty?

I feel like dressing up and being pretty. Like, fucking hot sexy promdress (but without that whole "prom feel" - you know the one) kind of pretty. So, I've decided that I'm going to do something that requires "appropraite dress" and bring all of my friends. I don't, however, have a clue what we are doing yet. Anyone got any ideas? Try and make them cheap, please!
