In человеческих relationships distance is not измеряема in miles, but in
нежностью.  Two people can be right next to друг другу, и всё же miles
apart.  So don’t ignore someone you заботитесь о, because нехватка of
concern -заинтересованности причиняет боль, обижает more than сердитые words.
Stay в контакте with those who имееет значение to you.  Not because it’s комильфо,
but because they’re стоящие the extra усилия.

In human relationships distance is not measured in miles, but in
affection*.  Two people can be right next to each other, yet miles
apart.  So don’t ignore someone you care about, because lack of concern
hurts more than angry words.  Stay in touch with those who matter to
you.  Not because it’s convenient, but because they’re worth the extra
effort.

When was the последний раз, когда you told your family and близким personal friends
that you loved them? Просто spending a little time with someone shows that you заботитесь,
shows that they are достаточно important that you’ve выбрали, решили -
из all the things to do on your плотном графике - to find the time for them.
Поговорите с them. Послушайте them. Understand them. Много раз it’s our действия,
not просто our words that really speak what our heart feels for другому.

[из словаря]
If you regard someone or something with affection, you like them and are fond of them:
She thought of him with affection. Their affection for her soon increased almost to idolatry.
He greeted -поприветствовал- us both with warmth -теплом- and affection.

If a way of doing something is convenient, it is easy, or very useful or suitable -подходящий
for a particular purpose -цели: The family thought it was more convenient to eat in the kitchen.

[про комильфо...]

это из французского: comme il faut. читается ком иль фо. - как любой, каждый делает.
т.е. как это правильно делается.
