Just surfing the net today.  Got a haircut at Best Cuts earlier today.  Had a nice 4th of July watching the Lakewood (and a little bit of Cleveland's) fireworks from the 3rd floor attic in our house...and on the porch, waiting for pizza from Angelo's, which hyacintheraven  and I quickly ate (well, most of it).

I've only heard one song from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (Maps), but I really dig it. I need to get hold of some more of their stuff. I love seeing shows at the HOB, too - its a really intimate venue. Have fun at all the shows you make it to!

Looking forward to the 17th.

The HOB here is nicer than the one in LA. I just wish our HOB would get the shows that LA (and Chicago) get, bands that all-too-often skip Cleveland.
