Yesterday... There was so much blood. I couldn't really eat or drink much, or bathe, or anything. I attempted to use my own powers, but I don't know how to control them yet... At least I was able to clean the blood off myself using that.

I never wanted or needed a pet before... But this ticking is...driving me crazy. And I don't feel safe

I've been here for...perhaps...about a week? It's easy to lose track of time here.

He's gorgeous! I was thinking of getting something that might scare off intruders...like a dog.

Yes, people have been very helpful here. This place can still be a little overwhelming, though... Its hard to accept that I'm really here.

This place would be much less bearable if my children weren't here...

One of my sons is less than pleased to see me, but the other has been very helpful in showing me around. I'm very grateful.
