We've got a couple of appointments lined up and then we will decide upon the details of our summer birth. Right now, we are most excited about this Birth Cottage but we are also considering a few other places. We have not completely ruled out the possibility of having a home-birth. I wish I could opt for our local birthing centre this time, but because I had a Ceasarian with Harley I can't (and I couldn't last time either blah). I am sure wherever you settle on that you have a wonderful experience, and there's no rush is there :D

How come you won't be having a scan? Sorry I am totally nosey lol. The Chinese Calendar says mine is a girl as well but we shall see - I am half convinced that it's a boy!

The birthing center closest to us (an hour away) won't take me, either. I think we are in for a 1.5- 2 hour drive. Oh well...

I doubt the midwives will do ultrasounds. I'm not sure yet, I just don't imagine they will order one. I think they are sort of natural and not really into those sorts of things. I wouldn't mind a peek at the baby, though!
