1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before? I've been a mother.
2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions? Probably not.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Me! I did! And, also, my sister-in-law had my niece, Ava.
4. Did anyone close to you die? No.
5. What countries did you visit? I haven't left New England all year...
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005? Energy.
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? 4-25-05... My son was born at 12:57pm and my life was forever changed.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?Making a beautiful, healthy baby boy.
9. What was your biggest failure? Being depressed too much. Not losing the baby weight.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Just when they cut my stomach open and removed little human.
11. What was the best thing you bought? New bedding.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? Brad takes such great care of us and still has enough energy to do really well at work.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Brad's mom and sister seem like really selfish parents. It breaks my heart and I want to take their children and run away but I know Brad wouldn't do that to them.
14. Where did most of your money go? Bills.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Planning our wedding.
16. What song will always remind you of 2005? All the love in the world- NIN.
17. Compared to this time last year, are you: Happier or sadder? Thinner or fatter? Richer or poorer?
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? I wish I spent more time with Josh + Ava (Brad's little brother and niece).
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Hurting.
20. How will you be spending Christmas? We are making the rounds between Brad's family and mine... but, I'm mostly looking forward to Christmas morning with Brad and Henry. Yay.
21. Did you fall in love in 2005? 4-25-05 was the most romantic day of my life. Brad and I fell even more in love as our son came into this world. When we saw him, it was love at first sight. I am so in love with my two guys. They are everything to me.
23. How many one-night stands? Never.
24. What was your favorite TV program? Daily Show clips online.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? I don't hate anyone.
26. What was the best book you read this year? Books about taking care of babies were really helpful.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Royksopp. Henry loves it.
28. What did you want and get? A healthy + happy child.
29. What did you want and not get? New shoes.

34. What kept you sane? Bradley loving me. Heidi listening to me. My mom taking Henry every once in a while so I could get some sleep. Phone calls with Laura.

36. What political issue stirred you the most? This administration's constant lies that keep so many Americans glued to the media like obedient pups waiting for their owner to pat them on the head in recognition of their loyalty.
