so, earlier today, i was walking in the basement from one end of the hall to the other when i noticed this freshman violinist staring at my t-shirt. today, i happen to be wearing one of the sc gay and lesbian pride movement shirts--big rainbow flag under a blue cut-out of sc w/the palmetto tree and crescent moon w/in it. underneath it say, "created equal". she didn't stop looking at my colourful breasts until i was right up on her. i know this, of course, because i was staring her in the face the entire march. once i was next to her, she looked at my face--seemed pissed. i just gave her a big ol cheesy grin. hope she's not confused.

a little while ago, i asked my co-worker to stop humming. she'd been at it for maybe...a min. she stopped, but she asked, "was it really that awful?"
"yes."
i think i hurt her feelings.

just now, i found a sticky w/the following on it:
i have been crucified w/christ and i no longer live, but christ lives in me. the life i live in the body, i live by faith in the son of god, who loved me and gave himself for me. gal 2:20

no, you weren't. yes, you do. maybe he does. maybe you do. no, he didn't.

it is now in the recycle bin.

michael and i will be having mormon dinner night on the 19th. we're having harmony and her husband, justin, over...along w/his brother and sister, travis and katlin. all but justin are in the som. it's funny, but sarah and i were discussing how we most enjoy the company of those in concert choir we have the least in common w/. (i've re-typed that sentence several times. i still can't get it grammatically correct.) the mormons and other conservatives are the ones we usually end up gravitating to. they're nice, genuine, and don't act surprised really at most things i say. they mean a lot to me, actually, but i'm having trouble putting into words. anyway, i just think it's funny we keep talking about mormon dinner night; it's even in my calendar as such.
