Well, let's have it then, the good and the bad.
The good is that after being truly TERRIBLE yesterday, I only gained a pound. I hate gaining even one pound, but hopefully it will kickstart my metabolism to get me over the plateau I ahd hurt. I won't get to go to the gym today, though I'll go walking after work tonight probably, so I'm glad I worked out twice yesterday.
The bad news is that I hadn't realized Emerson hadn't already contacted Kristen about the room change. She said no. Which means not only am I still stuck in the triple, it's going to be really hard for me to not resent her for not letting us make the room switch, you know? Hopefully the triple will just be a phenomenal room, the three of us will get along famously, I'll be in the pair that will no doubt develop and not have it against me. Still, I was quite excited about the double.
I'm really tired. All I really want to do is sleep right now. I wasn't up that much later than usual. I think I'm going to pay my bill and then nap again. I hate napping so much, particularly when there's stuff I could be doing before work, but the last thing I want is to cave in and use food to keep me awake. So far have had one piece of lite toast (40cal.) and 1 tablespoon of fat free cottage cheese (17.5cal.). Hopefully, that'll be it except for coffee and tea and water at least until after work tonight.
