Breaking Dawn Reading Update
So yeah have not posted in a while, yet I feel that I could do with some writing on account of the books I have been reading this summer. So far I have had time to read a lot of books that I want to before the fall semester starts. Once that happens I will be reading a lot of school related books leaving no time for the books I really want to read.
Well lets get down to business...I am about half way through Breaking Dawn. I don't know what I think about it. Terri, I am trying really hard not to read your review because I do not want to know what happens, but I do want to know your opinion. (Sigh) Guess I will have to wait. Anyway, from where I am at right now I do not think I like this book as much as Twilight, but I definitely like it better than New Moon. Don't get me wrong I like Stephanie Myers' ideas and writing style however there are some things that really annoying me character wise. I have always been more of a "like the mysterious background character" than "liking the main characters" kind a of girl. In this series I have wanted slap the crap out of both Edward and Bella too many times to count. I like Jacob Black and the werewolf pack. The writing in the pack scenes makes me laugh. I also like most of the other Cullens. I love Alice and Jasper for some reason, but Carilise and Esme are pretty cool too. Rosalie and Emmet I have mixed feelings about. Sometimes I like them, but then sometimes I do not. I like the structure of her world of vampires and werewolves it makes the world feel more realistic.
Well I guess I am going to post more later after I finish the series.
