Here's my list in no particular order.
Eating - everyone close to me knows I fancy myself a foodie.
Evangelicalism - despite controversy and imperfection, still the greatest move forward since the Reformation.
Easter - as
tatterdamelionhas noted, "I love me my Jesus!"
Entertaining - if I had the resources, I'd throw a party every week! (and not the irresponsible drunken kind.)
Eggs - I pretty much enjoy them in nearly every format and style.
Europe - I think I could visit every year a month at a time and never get tired of The Continent.
Ender's Game - the start of one of my all time favourite book series.
Einstein - father of the modern reunification of science and philosophy/material and mystical.
Engineering - humanity's creativity in subduing its environment never ceases to amaze me.
Excellence - frankly, too many people are a waste of space and resources.
