Favourite boys! Discuss.
As a break from studying, I felt like writing how I fell in love with my current favourite boys.
Arashi's Ohno Satoshi
Nicknames: Leader, Oh-chan, Sammi, Captain
Birthday: November 26, 1980
Height: 168cm
Weight: 53kg (-ish?)
Blood Type: A
Specialty: Lead vocalist, art, iron stomach
Ohno didn't catch my eye at first. When I got into Arashi, he was just the quiet little leader in the side to me. Aiba stood out far more, especially in the G/D no Arashi era with his ridiculous A no Arashi experiments. Having been Jun-baited- Hana Yori Dango, Gokusen, Kimi wa Petto!!! -my attention was already focused on one member in particular anyway.
And then I watched their 2004 Iza Now concert.
That's right -- Top Secret pulled me into the wonderful world that is Ohno Satoshi.
From then on, it was just a downward spiral. The more I learned about JE, the more I realized just how much of a diamond Ohno is with his vocals and dancing skills. Let's face it; not many JE boys can sing/dance well, and an even smaller number can do both. And of course, we can't forget Ohno's mad art skills, either. So not only do I love Ohno because he's cute, hot, dorky and ~*fantastic*~ in so many ways, I really respect him too. For someone who complains a lot, he gets the job done and does it well.
Also, I think everyone should listen to Ohno's laugh. It's the cutest giggle you'll ever hear.
2AM's Jung Jinwoon
Nicknames: Maknae, Rocker, Jinwoonie
Birthday: May 2, 1991
Height: 185cm
Weight: 75kg
Blood Type: O
Specialty: Guitar, bass, drums
WGM is fully responsible for dragging me into 2AM. *weeps* I watched the Adam couple out of sheer curiosity, only to hit the episodes when Ga-in visited the 2AM dorm, as well as the house-warming party the couple threw for their families. The boys were all ridiculously dorky, and I had a huge boner for Seulong for the longest time. (He looks really good in the WGM studio okay. ;o;)
Then I watched an MV and that was it. SOLD, instantly. Their vocals are orgasmic.
Why did I move to Jinwoon then?
Tbh, Seulong and Jinwoon are always battling for first place in my heart, but thanks to Idol Maknae Rebellion, the maknae is currently beating his hyung down a rank.
First of all, his eye smile - the way his eyes disappear and turn into cute little arcs when he smiles. Jinwoon smiles all the time. Even when he whines, he's still smiling. SO. CUTE. It makes me want to put him in a large box and bring him home for cuddles, except it'd be more like a sad little bird trying to nuzzle into a large golden retriever. XD;
Second, I have a thing for men with talent. I'm not really sure if there's anything Jinwoon can't do. He can sing, dance, rap, play guitar, drums, piano, basketball, and yet somehow be so very humble and sweet to his fans at fan meetings. There's also his crazy strength and tenacity, which he displayed on Maknae Rebellion ep 3 by carrying a woman for over 90 minutes while doing squats. Plus, he's only 19 years old, so he has so much more potential to grow. *____*
... before you say anything, YES HE IS A YOUNGER MAN S-STFU. Doesn't help that Jinwoon is called the "Noona killer" on Maknae Rebellion sobbb.
I kinda want Jinwoon to carry Ohno for 90 minutes now lol.
