I've been doing a junk Arashi AU on my dreamwidth account for a while now, and I was going to keep mum - because I really mean it when I say "junk" - but then bluestraggler put her crazy art skills into drawing such a gorgeous piece and just. How can I not share it? It's coloured art showing the members with their respective mutant abilities. GO LOOK AT THE PRETTY AND TELL HER HOW MUCH SHE ROCKS. *_____*

"Ignoramus Maximus," Nino supplies helpfully.
"Igno-wha?" Aiba says.
"Just get on with it," Jun sighs, buffing his nails. Sho wonders why he bothers when he can easily make his nails shine enough to make a Tiffany accessory jealous.
All of them have gathered in the living room to listen to Aiba's announcement. Whatever it is, it must be important; Aiba is sporting the familiar look of constipation he has whenever he's dying to reveal something big. The last time it came up, he had bought the perfect Christmas presents for everyone - T-shirts with tiger pictures on them.
Understandably, no one is particularly eager to hear what he has to say this time.
"So, our symbol is the Iris, right?" Aiba says, rolling so quickly to the balls of his feet in his excitement that he topples over face first. Absently, Nino flicks his wrist, blasting Aiba off his feet and into the closest sofa. "--ow! Thanks, Nino! Anyway, uh... where was I?"
"Our symbol is the Iris," Ohno prompts drowsily, curled into Nino's side.
"Yeah! And Japan was in this group that fought in the World War, right?"
"It's Axis," Jun tells Aiba.
"No, I know! But it sounds the same, so if we replace the word with 'Iris'..."
"Iris Powers?" Ohno says.
"IRIS POWERS," Aiba cheers, throwing his arms into the air.
"Not bad. As long as we never speak of it in front of the enemy," Nino says blandly as he pats idly at Ohno's hair.
"Wasn't Hitler in the Axis Powers?" Sho says, holding back the urge to join Nino in the patting.
Aiba blinks at him, confused.
"Never mind," Sho sighs.

"WE ARE," Aiba yells, pounding his hairy gorilla chest, "THE IRIS POWERS."
"I don't know him," Nino says when the supervillain falls to the ground, convulsing with laughter.
