There's a hillariously interesting article over on the japanese newspaper Mainichi Daily's website about japanese girls and their masturbating habits. Quite an odd thing to make the papers, eh? The date 07-21 is read as O-Na-Ni-I, which is coincidentally close to the word Onanism, which makes to masturbate. Hence, a cultural holiday is born.
