I don't know if people care anymore, or if they even read this...
I used to be told not to brag about my grades, because it wasn't the right thing to do to make people feel dumb or inferior to myself. After many years, and admittedly playing stupid so I didn't make other people feel horrible, I've decided it's time to start showing my intelligence, or at the very least not hiding it. I can't help it if others don't understand what I say - the way I talk could be described at times as "scholarly" - or if they feel a little less intelligent when they speak to me.
I'm Aaron Gershoff - I got a 1320 on my SAT, 31 of 36 on my ACT, my i.q. is in the 140's, and I know enough about whatever you want to talk about to have a concrete opinion about it. I enjoy intelligent conversation, but I'm not going to shy away from meaningless small talk. I'm not smarter than everyone, but I'm working on it. Knowledge IS power...I intend to have as much power as I can.
