... does it seem like a company that posts news that the motion for immediate relief due to tardy filing of papers on said company's part was dismissed not actually look as good as one would think? I mean, I reckon when a judge forgives you for being a bit late on the paperwork, you shouldn't turn around and claim it means that you do things in a timely manner.
