spent the last 3 nights with my family on southport, ME; an island just outside boothbay harbor. my parents rent a cottage there most summers. last summer i guess i appreciated it for the first time: saw the lazy, old fashioned quality i guess my parents see there. though it's kind of touristy, it's still a fishing village. it's an interesting mix.
between this trip and phish i had the house to myself for 3 nights. that was some of the most fun ive had all summer. moving into my single will be a happy day.
and i got the first 2 talking heads albums and this album for less than 25$.
