i think i have it fried maybe once a week, but i like to try something diff every once in a while... baking it might also be healthier, AND FISH IS GOOD FOR YOU(you know, as long as your not allergic)!!:)
lol I know it's good for you. I should totally eat more of it. But I don't really have a general taste for fish. So I have to be in the mood to eat it ^_^
EAT MORE FISH, EAT MORE FISH!(chanting) yea i could understand that, i get like that a lot, especially w chicken, i cant eat bologna anymore or instant ramen(only the bagged ones, weird). but u can grill it, fry, bake, season it w just about anything, and ihear lemon juice cooks it... im assuming it soaks in lemon juice and ppl eat it...
im not the healthiest person, i dont eat till like 2/3p because i sleep late, and i eat maybe twice a day, haagen das dulce de leche before bed. but i pester ppl AROUND me to be healthier lol

LOL I totally should! Yep! If you thinly filet fish it actually will cook in lemon juice. It's the acids. X) It's sashimi!
hahaha I should eat better. I only eat when I'm hungry. DX And that isn't often. So I'm sure my body is missing all sorts of vitamins. And I don't have great sleep patterns either. So sometimes I'm eating a small snack at like 3 in the morning. LOL /orz
I love steamed asparagus! I think my favorite is grilled though. There's just something about grilled veggies that just makes them way tastier to me. :D

Yeah raw meat/fish isn't really my ideal. ^_^; Even if it's cooked with juicy acids.
I should take vitamins, but they tend to make me nauseous. I can't take One-a-Day because of that. They're too strong or something. I've tried taking them with a meal, without a meal, with milk... nothin' keeps that nausea feeling away. Although their gummies intrigue me. I might give those a try. LOL /likes gummy bears and gummy worms caaaannnndy~/

i agree, and i had to find out the hard way that taking them before a meal makes you nauseous... matter of fact thats the feeling i get, it makes me hungry where i want to actually eat more, but i feel as though i wouldnt be able to hold it down. the intensity i assume varies from person to person
Exactly! I'm sure it does vary from person to person. I always felt sicker if I took it before eating then eating a meal... ><; I did try the eat some, take it halfway through, then finish eating. That didn't make me AS nauseous, but I still got the feeling a little. That's how I took them for a long time until I just stopped altogether. I'm definitely gonna try their gummies though. lol XD
