Thankful
A few days late, but here is my Thanksgiving entry.
- A cute kitten who is a lot calmer and less ferocious now. He even likes sitting in laps and falling asleep. =)
- Good food with friends. Everyone helped out on Thursday and the food was terrific.
- Friends. Many of them may be far away, and I miss them, but they're great.
- Knowing what I want to do, having more direction. It's a step.
- Visiting Tucson, Mudd, Portland over break!
- Quiet nights at home with Kurt.
- Dreaming about hiking the Pacific Crest Trail, or Wrangell-St Elias Park, even if these things will be years from now.
- Trying again and still having a little hope left.
- Painting, drawing, creating works of art. Being able to make even my darkest of feelings into something beautiful.
- People who believe that I'm good and worthwhile, and understand how hard I try.
