Kiri's Baby
Kiri's baby was born on Sunday 22nd August at about 8.30. It's a little girl called Jana (pronounced Yanna) (-?)Lilly Mochrie, and she weighed just under 8 pounds (she told me in milligrams, bloody metric). She has all the requisite bits and pieces and a very healthy set of lungs. Kiri is very tired, and slightly afraid of her baby-bag, but I'm sure the skinny bitch will lose it fast ;)
I have been to the gym 3 nights in a row and I'm going again tonight, and I'm going to be going 4 nights a week for the forseeable future, due to being fat. And not liking being fat. And wanting to be skinny for prague.
Cara is good, hasn't peed on the bed for a day or two, due to Paul having been sick and being at home to shout at her when she does. Apparantly he's very good at it and Cara finds it very very scary so she's not so keen to do it now, although we have yet to have a day where there isn't *some* accident in the house. (only one pee in the bathroom yesterday though, for Cara obviously).
Hopefully I should get my resit result tomorrow, not that I really want to know now. I'd just like to get it out of the way so I can get over it and concentrate on 3rd year.
New job starts on Tuesday, so we'll have to see how that goes. Typical pre-job worries now - like, what if I don't like this one either? or what if I like it, but I'm rubbish at it, or the people hate me? My clothes are all shabby but I can't afford new ones. I'm already short this month for bills thanks to various vets bills. Anyhow, it doesn't do any good to worry about it, so I wont.
