Writing Productivity...
So in the last three months, something in my head clicked and I have been writing a LOT more now. Partly because I've been inspired, partly because I've made some realization on how to write certain things now, and partly because I've gotten some friends in fandom that have encouraged me, motivated me, and liked some of the stuff I have written.
So suffice to say, I am actively working on 5 fics all at once. It's a miracle of all miracles!
In that time though, I decided that I may also attempt to have a tumblr as well (it's not a sure thing yet, seeing as I haven't fixed the layout theme I've applied, and all that other stuff). But I don't want that to be the only place I have my fics because it's easy for something like that to be 1) hacked, 2) get feedback (minus tags, likes, and reblogs -- there is no real way to have commentary discussion), and 3) I plan on using it for other things. What might happen is I'll post snippets of things on there, along with other fanworks and whatever strikes my fancy, and then post part of the fic that will have links that lead to the story, on either AO3 or ff.net.
However, LJ is still a good place to not only back up my fics but also allows me to post my fics and read them and edit them while it's still in progress. So I'll still keep this place.
I did say I would change the layout! Well, I searched for a free layout from some layout makers awhile back but none of them seemed to suit me. Then I checked LJ's own free repository and this one is very colorful (which I love!) and is fairly nice and easy to read so I'm going to keep it. I want to change the background but other than that, it's not too bad for something free.
Anyway, it's nice to feel good about writing and being in the zone, while life is being other things.
