this week is book week at my school & we have had independent reading during the school day. today i brought in the john grisham book that i'm reading and my bookmark just so happens to be an american one dollar bill. i ask the class if they know what it is and they say 'yes' because most of them have seen one of them in Zimbabwe (who uses American currency). then i ask if anyone knows whose picture is on the bill and aisha (whose mom is hawaiian) raises her hand and answers 'yes! that's geroge clooney!!'
